Having achieved the coveted All India Rank 1 and became the UPSC Topper 2022, Ishita Kishore is unique in that her roll number is 5809986. Although her origins were in Patna, Bihar, her journey eventually took her to Delhi, India, where she lived for a significant portion of her life. Apart from her remarkable achievement of being ranked first on the UPSC Topper 2022 list, Ishita's abilities also extend to sports, as she has demonstrated her flair as a football player. She represented her country with pride in the prestigious Copa Subroto football competition in 2012, which is a testimonial to her physical ability
Family Background:-
- Ishita Kishore's brother is a lawyer, her mother taught private school, and her father served as an Indian Air Force officer. When she went for the UPSC exams, she was employed by Ernst and Young.
- Originally from Begumpet in Hyderabad, Telangana, she lived most of her early years in Bihar before relocating to Delhi. She participated in the Subroto Cup in 2012 and has played at the national level in football, one of her favourite sports.
- Ishita Kishore graduated with honours in economics from Delhi University's Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC).
