Childhood:-
Srivatsa Krishna is the IAS officer's name. He was raised in Delhi and has had two dreams ever since he was a young child. The first wanted to be an IAS officer, the other a Bollywood singer. He attended Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and was always an excellent student. He reportedly won full scholarships to study computer technology at prominent US universities including Yale and Stanford. But he granted his father's final wish becoming an IAS officer by giving them up. He attended Oxford University and Jawaharlal Nehru University as well.
Gunjan Krishna, the wife of Srivatsa Krishna IAS, is an IAS officer from the Maharastra Cadre, having been appointed in 2004. He is currently employed in Bengaluru as the Director of Industries and Commerce and Commissioner of Industrial Development. Along with earning his degree in Economics, he also completed his LL.B.
On October 24, 1968, Srivatsa Krishna was born in Delhi. He was the top-ranked IAS Gold Medallist from the 1994 class and was appointed Secretary to the Government of Karnataka's Department of Information Technology, Biotechnology, and Science & Technology. In addition, he is the first career bureaucrat from India to be included on the esteemed list of Global Leaders for Tomorrow.
IAS Journey:-
It required him three tries to pass the test. He stated, "It was a struggle until I achieved it for we lived on a family pension of Rs 900 a month after my father's death" . He graduated from Harvard Business School with an MBA, and he is presently pursuing a dual PhD at IIT Madras and IIM Bangalore.He could sing the whole harmonium scale, from the lowest note to the highest, while he was just 19 years old.
As a cadre officer for the Union Territory, Krishna began his IAS career in Delhi. He battled a strong lobby of land-grabbers while serving as a sub-divisional magistrate in Outer Delhi, sparking a political storm in the process.He held a number of jobs, including sub-divisional magistrate of crowded central Delhi and Centralized Accident and Trauma Services, which is the ambulance network.Later, as the state was starting to jump on the IT bandwagon under Chandrababu Naidu, he moved to his current Andhra Pradesh cadre.
