Biography:-
On July 1, 1974, in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Devesh Kumar was born. From 1991 to 1995, he obtained his Chemical Engineering degree at IIT Kanpur. He finally finished his Master's in Public Administration at Syracuse University in New York State in 2014–2015.
In 1997, Devesh Kumar took part in the Civil Services Examination and placed first overall with an AIR 1 score. He had chosen Chemistry and Geography as his subjects for the exam's optional paper.
Devesh Kumar, the 1997 HT-cadet batch IAS topper and CSE 1997 Rank 1 winner, has been appointed to the Himachal Pradesh government as a Divisional Commissioner. In essence, he is a Bihari. From 1991 to 1995, he completed his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering at IIT Kanpur. In 2014–2015, he completed his Master of Public Administration program at Syracuse University's Maxwell School. Devesh secured the top rank in the 1997 Civil Services personality exam with a score of 1462 in the mains. Geography and Chemistry are his elective studies of choice.
