Through a one-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) programme, the Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI Bank) is asking qualified applicants to apply online for 500 permanent positions of Junior Assistant Manager. This programme consists of four months of on-the-job training (OJT) at IDBI Bank branches, offices, and centres, two months of internship, and six months of classroom instruction at the relevant campus.
